St. Mary’s Missions and Outreach Ministry is sponsoring a meal pack event through Harvest Pack on Sunday, December 1, 2024 in the Terrace Room. We can use your help to pack 15,000 meals. This has been a good way to get together, while helping those who struggle to put food on the table.
Your help is needed:
- 8:00 a.m. Setup (8 folks) – We need a few folks to help us unload the truck and set up the packing lines.
- 9:30 a.m. – Liturgy
- 11:15 a.m. (after Liturgy) – Pizza; in the meeting room with windows
- 11:30 a.m. (pack, 50 folks) – Pick your spot in the Terrace Room: Instructions on how to pack, pack the meals!
- We expect to wrap-up about 1:30 p.m.
